본문· Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs · Handle recruitment assignments including shortlisting, arrange and conduct interviews · For cases of referral/direct hires, conduct background checks, communicate on job offers · Negotiate rates with new recruitment agencies, following up on payment invoices ·
Prepare
onboarding and offboarding documents including employment contracts and
signing, employee personnel
HR Operations

Create employee related documents,
such as employment certificates,
address proof for bank or necessary statement · Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR and Admin policies · Review the employee benefits program annually for health insurance renewal · Follow up probation reviews · Organize for health insurance enrolment for staff passing probation · Review of employment contract and terms with legal · Set up procedures for expense reimbursement ·
Assist in employee termination
cases, consult local labor lawyers for law compliances and related compensation
needed,
Reporting
· Generating HR data and reports as required by country and Asia region office · Maintain and update leave records for local and regional on quarterly basis · Consolidation of Korea branch salary budget planning & travel expense forecast for Asia region office |
