본문Provide full range support to the repair procedure to ensure smooth business operations. • Update repair case lists and take corrective actions for any delays and backlogs. • Communicate with external repair workshop and regularly provide feedback on quality issues of products to regional office. • Visit to stores to check on condition of tools, documents, policies. • Communicate with stores regarding after sales • Deal with customer regarding after sales and complaints Provide support on system management and spare part administration. • Pore over the mandatory data input of each repair cases. • Update the status of repair cases by its stage. • Assist on quantity and quality check-up. - Company’s procedures - ICT system - Customer Service - Competent knowledge of English |
