Position Overview:
Retail Operations Executive will be responsible for assisting the store team to
prepare all retail materials and provide all necessary support in order to
achieve their business objectives. Closely work with Retail Operations Senior
Executive and all other departments in office; also liaise with stores on any
activities
Role and Key Responsibilities:
1. Closely monitor daily boutique
operations and prepare sales reports
- Prepare regular weekly,
monthly sales reports with consolidated sales data
- Assist store operations such
as maintenance, cleaning, security system, security guards, IT equipment,
etc
2. Coordinate with boutiques and external vendors to maintain stock
arrangement
- Handle all bi-annual and
monthly stock takes
- Monitor and dispatch
possible re-seller clients’ sales data and remind company standard to
boutiques
3. Coordinate boutique open, pop-up open, in-store activities process and
relevant teams both local and HQ in a timely manner
- Support for boutique IT
issues and set up and build new operation process
- Provide translated training
materials and retail operations materials from HQ
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of Retail Operations
or relevant experience
- Experience in luxury retail
is preferred
- Knowledge of store
organization
- ICT system
- Competent knowledge of
English
