본문RESPONSIBILITIES
Industrial Relations s Develop strategy and manage the Collective bargaining negotiation & Wage negotiation with Labor Union effectively s Manage and control internal LMC(Labor and Management Committee) s Provide professional advice to Management, Brands & HR on the interpretation and application of policies/practices relating labor issues s Build close relationship with union representatives & incorporate the union as a business partner s Collaborate & partner with AFF HR in aligning/developing IR strategy/execution. s Prevent legal & compliance issues and handle/defend legal petitions & complaints s Monitor & introduce the labor law change internally to comply with it. s Prepare & handle government inspection of labor issues s Handle & develop effective and clear processes and procedures for managing grievances and dispute s Handle & minimize industrial accidents under understanding of government’s industrial safety and health guidelines s Build relation with third parties; Other cosmetic companies, Ministry of labors and Police officers, etc s In charge for special event or project if needed
Retail HR s Develops and executes Retail HR strategic plan to achieve local business goals and objectives s Supervise Retail HR Executive to act as HR generalist for store population in partnership with brand leadership s Partners with C&B to analysis and improve BA compensation strategy s Partner with Regional Retail HR capability team to introduce POS Leadership development, and other on the counter training programs s Acts as an agent of change and steward of culture in all transformational initiatives in relation to the retail population
REQUIREMENTS s Education - BA degree or equivalent/above, preferably in Legal related major
s Experiences - + 7 years of HR Labor Relations experience - Skills and relevant experience in C&B or HR general will be a plus - Certified Public Labor Attorney preferred
