본문Payment & Administration · Collect payment cases and proceed payment of Korean branch when it is needed and report it to HK Region team · Handle expenses and billing cycles for utility accounts, manage office petty cash, submit payments for approval and accountants · Consolidate repair fee according to charge category and report it to HQ · Proceed the monthly employee purchase via system after confirmation from Country manager & HR Manager · Check and proceed store parcel fee bank deposit · Arrange issuing of customer tax invoice with accounting firm · Support the Retail team to review monthly store staff incentive
Shipment (Import & Export) · Support of Importing process by inputting customs clearance information of Fedex and DHL shipments and prepare guarantee file which summarizes shipment information · Assist to import for specific shipments such as crocodile skin product, furniture etc. · Export the products if there is requests from HK Region team · Send reports of oversupply and supply error report to HK logistics team · Applying credit note and invoice with warehouse & accounting firm
General Affairs (Office support and IT) · Reserve meeting space and dining areas when it is needed · Purchase and manage of office stationery items · Handling of creating account, purchase laptop etc., for supporting new staff arrival in Office team · Report the Boutique and Office closing day schedules to HK Region team · Support staff family events such as sending gift and flower when it is needed · Ensure workplace is safe and clean · Make sure the Office IT environment (ex, IT equipment, printers etc.) are well maintained
Store package and supply purchase · Store package order and inventory management · Store supply purchase and local production · Store package and supply purchase · Proceed monthly cycle count on all boutique · Proceed biannual stock take
Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, business, or related disciplines · Minimum 1- 2 years’ of related working experience in administration, general affairs or related area. Has a career goal for working in luxury brand retail industry. · Excellent knowledge of MS Office software · Detail-minded, well organized, self-motivated and independent · Excellent time management skills, able to multitask and work under pressure · Highly proficient in spoken and written English
