Aim to provide high level administrative support to executives in the workplace such as taking calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, and other office duties
1. Schedule Management
- Lead & manage complex calendar of GM (daily / weekly / yearly) with the understanding of company strategy & priority
- Anticipate the required information and materials
- Schedule and host regular meetings (weekly / monthly) with Brands/functions
- Translate meetings for GM and interpret speech (English ↔Korean)
- Summarize meeting minutes and follow-up on action items
- Manage GM’s business travel with arrange logistics and prepare travel briefing package
- Support internal events for management committee including market visits
- Manage & own agenda for key executive visitors from regional/corporate headquarter and arrange required logistics
- Support on visitors’ agenda coming from 10 different brands’ regional and corporate headquarter
2. Information Management
- Work as a business liaison with regional and corporate headquarter for various communication
- Handle confidential information with professional manner
- Manage expense reports for GM
- Create and support GM’s presentation materials
- Represent the company and GM’s image internally and externally
- Support on key task force projects led by GM
- Translate and deliver key messages from retailers’ information, market trend and industry information
3. Personal Assistance
- Support for GM’s family for all required matters including travel arrangement
- Convey cultural information and act as an advisor for GM & family
