본문1. Talent Acquisition ▪ Work closely with HODs and line managers to ensure optimization of resources and recruitment needs are fulfilled through proper staff requisition process ▪ Conducting on-boarding / off-boarding processes for all office positions ▪ Provide internal talents with the diverse opportunities and career development through internal jo transferring
2. HR Planning ▪Understand business trends and implications and drive transformation and org evolution. ▪Ensures an effective organization design, appropriate staffing and required skill. ▪ Develop & manage HR procedures, policies, rules of employment, benefit guidelines etc aligned with local AFF Or Regional/Global guideline ▪ Develop & manage local & global HR systems to ensure work efficiency ▪ Manage legal conformity to ensure all employment activities are compliant with laws & regulations
3. Compensation & Benefits ▪ Evaluate and modify local benefits and compensation policies/programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness & to ensure compliance with legal requirements ▪ Prepare salary proposal for new job offers and employee movements ▪ Work with Regional HR Director to review and implement effective retention initiatives to assure market competitiveness
4. Performance Management ▪ Lead Performance Management and Talent Review cycle providing appropriate guide ▪ Provide appropriate assessment tool & guide to cultivate/encourage productive performance driven culture
5. Learning & Talent Development ▪ Work closely with APAC Regional L/D to ensure global and regional programs are cascaded and executed ▪ Develop short/long-term learning & development strategies to build required organizational capabilities ▪ Lead employee engagement survey aligned with regional guideline and to ensure appropriate follow-up actions are executed to enhance employee engagement level
6. Employee Communication & Relations ▪ Maintain regular good communication and build good working relationships with all levels of employees to provide effective business partnership and support ▪ Provide consultancy and advisory services to HODs on employee disciplinary matters and grievances.
7. Others ▪ Participate in ad-hoc assignment and projects ▪ Supervise and develop HR team members to ensure excellence in execution of all HR-related processes
