Collaborate with regional communications
acting as a strategic counselor to TR APAC brands and lead executional
excellence in traditional PR, social media & content strategy in local
market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Coordinate brand-led social campaigns in Korea to align with TR APAC’s social
strategies
- Develop each campaign’s local strategy to cope with fast-moving trends and
business realities in travel retail in the local market
- Spearhead integrated, 360 first mindset with other channels to drive ultimate
success for brands’ business
- Analyze quantitative result aligning with KPIs and industry benchmarks
- Be creative and innovative for leading TR social market
B. Build the retailer partnership though retailer-led social initiatives
- Collaborate with local teams to win in retailers’ social channels, including
social selling, social postings, social events and etc.
- Identify quantitative results in social selling by aligning benchmark
& KPIs and continue to improve its performance
- Strengthen partnership with retailers to explore new and more opportunities
C. Enhance TR earned media value through focusing on key travel voices
- Set up earned media strategy in the local market to increase SOV on both
media and influencers
- Lead corporate social projects such as product seeding and media partnership
for better visibility of brands from TR angle.
- Cultivate TR influencer networks with not only Korean KOLs but also Chinese
KOLs resident in Korea
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 6 years of experience in communication campaigns across traditional,
digital and social media
- Experienced in tracking and analyzing quantitative results
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Korean & English
- Experience in the Beauty/Fashion/Luxury industry will be an advantage
- International travel lover
