본문C&B Management o Coordinate with Payroll vendor and Support Payroll, Withholding tax, social charge, etc. o Manage payroll process and budget process for payroll cost (personal cost) o Analyze payroll cost actual vs. budget at a monthly base o Support Annual salary review and bonus calculation o Participate and handle remuneration survey data o Leave management o Manage and review benefit programs (medical check-up, group insurance, Flexible benefit, etc.) Reporting o Communicate with local payroll vendor for any related reports o In charge of monthly HC report (DB report) o Work for Our annual report and social report o Manage Our Talent data for newcomer and retiree Employee relations o Keep update national labor law related to payroll, tax, etc. o Update HR forms & policies, Rules of Employment, company procedures o Manage offboarding process (retirement pension, offboarding system, leave calculation, etc.) o Follow-up Industrial Health & Safety guidelines Others o Organize internal employee event, activities (workshop, annual party) o Implement high level confidentiality protocols with regard to all personnel information Education: Bachelor Degree or above Languages: Fluent in English Professional experience & know how: - 7+ years of strong experience in an HR role preferably with experience in Compensation & Benefit in Retail industry - Well organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative - Strong communication and facilitation skills - Good labor law knowledge - Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication skills required; must be able to adapt to various work styles and liaise with all levels of stakeholders - Strong customer focus, sense of urgency and confidentiality - Self-motivated, energetic, proactive and hands on |
