- Selling: Provides and ensures direct & indirect customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash point in order to maximize sales
- Employees: Executes and follow up on recruiting, developing and accessing sales advisors along with the store management team.
- Profitability: Organizes and plans the department according to business needs. Follow and ensures safety, security and administration procedures are followed by others

[Job Requirements]

· 3-7 years store management experience in the retail. (Fashion industry preferred.)
· Salesmanship
· Business English is required
