Job Description

* To manage full spectrum of human resources operations and activities within corporate framework including talent acquisition and
  development, performance management, C&B, employee engagement, learning & development, and company policies & practices.
* To manage HR budget & forecast as well as periodic report analysis.
* To identify effective staffing strategies....
* To review and implement Company policies and guidelines to ensuring compliance to local labour law and regulations
* To plan and execute HR projects and initiatives in Korea...
* Effective communications with regional office and business stakeholders for HR initiatives
* To work closely with group's HR SSC to ensure an accurate and effective payroll & HR transactional operations.
