본문Job DescriptionConsumer Marketing – 70% • Be the key contact point for Korea Retailers and partners for all marketing activities. • Focus and drive Pre-order business, Digital Marketing and Social Media initiatives. Identify opportunities, plan and execute ideas that will drive brand awareness and engagement, traffic, conversion and ultimately Pre-order sales. • Partner with Sales manager Korea, Retailer and APAC marketing office to propose, develop and execute Consumer Marketing Calendar: strategies and plans to achieve the above-mentioned objectives. • Actively manage Pre-order business including managing sales performance, the launch of new site openings, monitoring and providing suggestions to improve user experience, updating all digital assets. • Propose, plan and lead the execution of Retail Events to drive Retailtainment, customer experience and retail sales. • Propose, plan and execute 360-consumer marketing activities for New Store openings, such as Press releases, OOH, Retail Events and Social media activities. • Develop a strong and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders: Retailers,Digital team, artists. • Develop a collaborative relationship and open communication with this brand Affiliate team; to synergise Marketing activities, conduct pricing follow-up and other relevant activities. • Keeping up with competition: track competitor activities and programs. Provide ideas and solutions to fight against competition to gain market share. • Lead and manage all consumer marketing executions to ensure high standard of execution excellence. Product Marketing – 15% • Conduct online and market research to keep the pulse on latest Korea and China market trends. Conduct Social Media Listening research and activities on a routine manner and communicate Trend Updates to the team in general. • Keeping an eye on competitor activities: digital and social media, product launches, events, and promotions. • Analyse Category sales and sku performance on a regular manner. • Support and assist every retailer with the seasonal product assortment: ensure that every retailer’s seasonal assortments are updated and accurate. • Prepare Marketing materials by Customer prior to Seasonal Retailers Presentation. Sales Administration – 10% • Provide regular and updated reports on all marketing activities. • Analyse marketing spending and ROI in a regular and timely manner. • Manage all budgets related to Marketing. • Raise Shopping carts for expenditures or purchases in accordance to SAP. • Consolidate monthly information of promotional activities/cash incentives. • Verify Price Re-billing request from retailers and work with Finance to process credit note • Co-ordinate of logistics in sales, marketing and education materials to/from warehouse/office to the retailers or counters Others: 5% • • Co-ordinate and assist in all matters for all meetings and conferences, such as travel and hotel bookings, room set up, organizing of agenda, co-ordination during and after such meetings/conferences. • Provide all assistance to Commercial teams with regard to any Consumer Marketing, Retail events,Techniques etc. • Any other job assigned from time to time. Job Requirements• Degree/ Diploma • Good communication skills and fluent in both written and oral English. • Excellent computer skills (MS office, Powerpoint, Excel) • Highly independent person who is able to perform a variety of tasks and change assignments quickly on short notice. • Good interpersonal skills to be able to work with different profiles of people. • Good initiative skills. • Good organization and coordination skills |
